Grooming Policies and Procedures

We happily groom dogs and cats!

  • All grooms are by appointment only.

  • We offer a variety of grooming services; 

    • Bath only mini-groom

    • Full shave downs

    • Short hair dog grooms

    • Long hair dog grooms

    • Double coated dog grooms

    • Nail trim

    • Anal gland expression

    • Ear cleaning

    • Ear plucking

    • Brush out

    • Blow-dry

    • Dematting

  • All grooming patients must be checked in for grooming between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, to allow our groomers a chance to plan and rotate services between grooming patients. If your pet is not checked in at the appropriate time, they may have to be rescheduled according to the groomer’s schedule. 

  • All grooming animals must be current for the following vaccines in order to be groomed:       DOGS: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella
    CATS: Rabies and FVRCP (feline Distemper)

  • Owners must have clear instructions written before hand, or ready to write down on our grooming intake form, in order to be admitted for grooming.

  • Full grooming options may be limited based on temperament of the pet, coat type, and desired style.
